Commercial Services
We specialize in tenant finishes. This type of work consists of taking a leased space, for instance, a dental office or retain shop, installing all the required electrical and lighting needs that they have. We typically start with an empty box and install all the foundational electrical structures for the space. In other cases, we remove existing electrical systems and install one that meets the need of the tenant.
Another part of the commercial department is to repair or replace electrical systems that have either failed or the owner needs to add additional equipment that requires electricity to make it work.
Some items we have installed to benefit clients are:
